Maternity Cover Contract – Insurances / Contract Management

Reporting To: Head of Contract Management

Location: Dublin office

We are seeking an experienced, organised and analytical individual to join our vibrant Operations team for a maternity leave contract. There will be two main aspects to the role:

Insurances (Aviation & Non-aviation)

  • Monitoring airline insurance renewals, tail coverage and co-ordinating reviews of insurance certificates and agreed values
  • Working with the Legal team and Goshawk’s aviation insurance broker on review of insurance provisions in lease contracts and airline insurance certs
  • Monitoring Goshawk’s contingency insurance cover and providing information to our broker as needed
  • Monitoring renewals for non-aviation insurance cover and liasing with our broker in relation to queries and information requests
  • Co-ordinating and escalating as necessary any insurance-related queries across the organisation

Contract Management Support

This will involve assisting and supporting the Contract Management team in its activities, which may include:

    • Ensuring all lease contracts are recorded accurately, validated and managed from our core lease management system
    • Assisting with providing an excellent service to airline customers, whilst ensuring that all contract events are managed efficiently, including, but not limited to:
      • Rent, Maintenance Reserves, Security Deposit and Overdue Interest calculation, invoicing and receivables
      • Letter of credit management
      • Maintenance Reserve management
      • Insurance renewals
      • Information covenants
      • Lease options
    • Working with our internal Legal, Deliveries and Treasury teams on the delivery and funding process for new aircraft and customers in the portfolio.
    • Assisting the Contract Management team with ad hoc customer requests, contract summaries and reporting

    Competencies & Experience

    • Experience in Aircraft Leasing
    • Excellent organisational skills (written and oral)
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • A positive team approach, and capable of working on own initiative
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, meet deadlines and escalate issues
    • Process-oriented but with a flexible approach
    • Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
