Operations: Contract Management

Reporting to: Head of Contract Management

Location: Dublin

Description of Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced, organised and analytical individual to join our vibrant Contract Management and Operations team, where he/she will have responsibility for managing a portfolio of airline customers and lease contracts, which involves:

  • Ensuring all lease contracts are recorded accurately, validated and managed from our core lease management system
    • Providing an excellent service to airline customers, whilst ensuring that all contract events are managed efficiently, including, but not limited to:
      • Rent, Maintenance Reserves, Security Deposit and Overdue Interest calculation, invoicing and receivables
      • Letter of credit management
      • Maintenance Reserve management
      • Insurance renewals
      • Information covenants
      • Lease options
    • Responding to ad hoc customer requests in a timely manner and coordinating any internal actions and approvals required across the organisation
    • Escalating any issues including late payments, events and potential risks
    • Working with our internal Legal, Deliveries and Treasury teams on the delivery and funding process for new aircraft and customers in the portfolio.
    • Representing Contract Management on cross-functional deal or project teams;
    • Liaising with external partners and stakeholders as required, including corporate services providers, banks, law firms and tax advisers
    • Providing contract summaries and customer reports to other teams and Management as required
    • Working with the Operations team on further developing our operating platform
    • Participating or taking the lead, as relevant, on various projects within the Operations team and across the organisation

Prerequisite Core Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Aircraft Leasing
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Great attention to detail with strong numeracy skills
  • Ability to create and maintain excellent relationships with key external counterparties and internal teams
  • A positive team approach, capable of working on own initiative
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, meet deadlines and escalate issues
  • Process oriented but with a flexible approach
  • Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
